1. for the plank buttress, i can keep my body from tilting, but i cant keep the arm up off the ground for more than a second or two — although i am already seeing a tiny bit of an improvement. would i be better advised to do this plank exercise on my knees?
2. i have watched the instructions for levitations at least a half dozen times each, and i still dont start to tremble right away. i’ll go over this with my functional fitness trainer, but i may need to use part of my next session to review this exercise.
