I’m not exaggerating when I say that this flexibility course was the magic solution to my hip and hamstring problems. For more than two years, I could not improve hamstring flexibility at all, following the conventional path. On the contrary, it got worse and worse until stretching felt unsafe. Hip problems came on top – constant hip pain, probably originating from the back. After taking this course and following a training plan for just 10 days, the pain was completely gone!!! MAGIC!!! After another 10 days, my hamstring flexibility drastically improved. I’m so impressed with this course, I have no words. Some of the exercises did not seem to do anything for me (quads, calves) but those were anyway not my focus areas.
