This course includes :
- A dance specific focus each month ie jumps, flexibility, turnout, alignment etc
- A new 20 minute workout 4-5 days a week for a year
- A follow along workout each month as well as videos for EACH exercise with corrections + direction
- Videos each week to tie our cross training work into the studio
- Messages each day from Allie with training tips, thoughts for the studio, + focuses for the day
*Add ons can include more individual attention with ability to send + receive videos to Allie for questions + answers
All Done on an app on your phone, tablet, or laptop
