A year strengthening program designed for dancers that want to see more range of motion, better balance, higher jumps, better lines, less injury, + more usable strength in the studio.
This course includes :
A dance specific focus each month ie jumps, flexibility, turnout, alignment etc
A new 20 minute workout every day for a year
A follow along workout each month as well as videos for EACH exercise with corrections + direction
Videos each week to tie our cross training work into the studio
Messages each day from Allie with training tips, thoughts for the studio, + focuses for the day
*Add ons can include more individual attention with ability to send + receive videos to Allie for questions + answers
