I love these exercises! I use them for myself and my students all the time! If you’re looking for a way to gently stretch that isn’t a static hold while still seeing fast results THIS IS IT. The turnout exercise are fantastic and a great reminder that every muscle is connected and will have an impact!
this is a great course to learn some of the many other tools to increase flexibility besides static stretching! Both the flexibility and turn out exercises are a great way get fast results in a safe and healthy way!

I recently started the flexibility and turnout courses, and they are beyond what I could have ever imagined. The videos clearly explain/demonstrate the exercises, and the exercises themselves are simple yet sooo effective. And the results are pretty much instant – within a few days, it no longer hurts to get into to get into what used to be my “farthest” split, and the strength will no doubt be just as rewarding. I recommend this course to students and teachers alike, because I think Allie brings attention to some important factors and cues to look for in alignment that I have never heard in class before. This is the best course I’ve ever had. I did it only one day and the result was awesome, I could lift my leg up and go into splits without the pain in my hip that was bothering me for months. It’s totally worth it, I recommend it to anyone who needs to balance the body. It’s for everyone, no matter which level you have.
