I haven’t been able to start the course effectively yet because I am currently treating an injury. But I did try out the plank exercise and it was a surprise. I thought my plank was ok, but with your video I learned exactly how to hold my core and not to put all the weight on my arms. So simple, yet really effective. Can’t wait to be able to follow all the videos!
